Guide to Progress Tracking

As part of Mendi’s new focus experience, you can now track your mental well-being progress directly from your Profile tab.

When you choose a focus area (like stress, focus, or mood), you’ll complete a short, science-backed questionnaire to get a snapshot of your current state. Over time, these check-ins help you understand how your brain training is impacting your mental performance.

To make it easier to stay consistent and motivated, your Profile tab now shows your latest check-in result at a glance.

1. Information in Your Profile

Once you’ve completed your first check-in, you’ll see a simple summary in your Profile:

  • Your selected focus area
  • Your most recent result (e.g. “Moderate stress”)
  • The date of your last check-in
  • A button to retake the questionnaire when it’s time for your next check-in

2. Why Are Regular Check-Ins Important?

Brain training takes time—and regular check-ins allow you to reflect on how things are shifting, whether it’s better focus, reduced stress, or improved mood.
Retaking the questionnaire every 1, 2, or 3 months (based on your preference) gives you measurable insight into your progress.

To avoid missing your next check-in, ensure that progress check-in notifications are enabled in your app settings.

3. Viewing Your Past Results

Tap on your check-in summary to open your full progress page, where you can:

  • View all your previous results
  • See how your scores have changed over time
  • Retake your questionnaire (if it’s time)
Export your results as a PDF

It’s all designed to keep you motivated, informed, and in control of your mental fitness journey.
