You can now personalize the visual look and feel of your training
sessions in the Mendi app.
By updating your Display settings, you can choose a game environment
that suits your mood, select your preferred avatar, and adjust optional
visual effects.
1. Choosing Your Environment
Mendi offers three visual environments to enhance your session
experience:
● Space Quest – A deep-space atmosphere with a floating asteroid
avatar.
● Flower Power – A calming, floral-inspired scene

Each environment includes two avatar options:
● A themed object (e.g. asteroid, flower, Mendi logo)
● A simple circle shape
Choose whichever option you find most enjoyable or calming to follow
during training.
