To get the best performance from your Mendi, make sure to follow these tips:
- Ensure you're in a calm environment, both physically and mentally.
- The headset should sit firmly on your forehead, neither too tight nor too loose.
- Make sure there is no gap between the sensors (the black part on the inside of your Mendi) and your skin.
- Avoid direct light sources (like sunlight or lamps). Bright light can interfere with the sensor, a dim environment is ideal.
- Do not tense your facial muscles, or move your eyebrows, neck, or forehead during a Mendi session.
- Once your Mendi is on and syncing is complete, the app will guide you through the rest.
