Best practices when using your Mendi

To get the best performance from your Mendi, make sure to follow these tips:

  1. Ensure you're in a calm environment, both physically and mentally.
  2. The headset should sit firmly on your forehead, neither too tight nor too loose.
  3. Make sure there is no gap between the sensors (the black part on the inside of your Mendi) and your skin.
  4. Avoid direct light sources (like sunlight or lamps). Bright light can interfere with the sensor, a dim environment is ideal.
  5. Do not tense your facial muscles, or move your eyebrows, neck, or forehead during a Mendi session.
  6. Once your Mendi is on and syncing is complete, the app will guide you through the rest.
