To charge your Mendi, please use a USB-A to USB-C cable (not USB-C to USB-C). ⚡
One is included in your Mendi box.

If you’ve misplaced your charger, no worries — while we don’t sell replacements separately, you can use any standard USB-A to USB-C charger, available online or at most electronics stores.

Charging Instructions:

• A full charge takes up to 4–5 hours.

• Once fully charged, the device will give you 4–5 hours of usage.

We recommend keeping your device charged above 50% for optimal performance and signal accuracy. You can check the current battery level in the app — it's displayed at the top of the home screen when your Mendi is connected.
