In some cases, non-conventional email domains are automatically marked by our system as fraudulent.
If this problem occurs and you're not receiving the verification email, you can either:
1. Use an @gmail/yahoo/outlook email to sign up.
Or 2. email us at help@mendi.io and request a manual approval.
Didn't receive an SMS code?
If you didn't receive an SMS verification code, please make sure that the phone number you provided is correct, then restart the app and make a new request. If you're still running into issues, please send us an email at help@mendi.io.
Want to change the phone number for an already existig account?
Once you’re logged out of your account simply follow this link.
You will be able to change the phone number associated with your account without losing your account data (the journal history, and achievements).
Why are we asking for your phone number?
