To make it easier for you to understand your journey towards a healthier brain and improved focus, we created the Mendi Score. This daily score, on a scale from 0-100, is a combination of your performance (brain training scores compared with your individual baseline), and commitment (session lengths and number of training days, both short and long term).
In other words, the Mendi Score is a representation of how well you activate your prefrontal cortex when training, compared with your own historical data; how dutifully you stick to the habit of training; and the length of your training sessions.
