Explaining the Mendi Score

To help you better understand your progress toward a healthier brain and sharper focus, we created the Mendi Score.

This daily score, ranging from 0 to 100, reflects two key factors:

  1. Performance – how well you activate your prefrontal cortex during training, compared to your personal baseline.

  2. Commitment – how consistently you train (both short- and long-term), and the length of your sessions.

In short, the Mendi Score captures how effectively you're training your brain, how regularly you show up, and how much time you dedicate to each session — all based on your own unique data.
