How long the delivery takes?
Within Europe 2-5 business days, USA 3-7 business days, the rest of world 5-7 business days. Please note that this is the approximate average time. It may vary due to seasonality, holidays, customs processes, logistics volumes and other factors that are not dependent on us.

I don't see my country on the list?
If certain country is not on the list, it means we don't deliver there at this moment. Will it change in the future? Maybe. Do you know when? No, we don't.

Why don't you deliver to my country? Can I just pay shipping and you send it to me?
No, unfortunately we can't. Mendi device has to have essential product certification issued for EVERY country it is sold / shipped to. It is not just putting address label and leaving in the post box.

I have a friend who lives in the country that you deliver to, can you send it over to him?
Yes, If you have friends or family members who live in available delivery region, you can place an order for their name and address.
