Mendi App has currently 3 ways of log ins and creating new accounts (it always pops up on the screen when you need to log in or register) -- you can use
1) Apple account,
2) Google account, or just a
3) regular email.
When you are trying to log in to your account via "wrong" way (let's say, using regular email instead of Apple account) - you won't get in. So, if you already had an account, please try to log in via "right" way (it is quite often that users who originally got registered using Gmail account try to log in as "regular email" instead. It does not work). Same thing, when you try reset a password - if you were registered via Gmail, but now trying to use regular email and "forgot the password" - it won't work, it is two different sytems.
To finalise :
- Please, make sure you log in via "right" way, before contacting us.
- Make yourself a note with your logins and passwords, so you remember it next time.
