Mendi Innovations AB will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receiving the item and is returned to us in original packaging, as new and in resellable condition.
Below are instructions on how to return your Mendi Device and receive your refund.
Return Procedure
In order to return your Mendi to us you should follow these steps:
2. Provide us valid proof of your original purchase (order number and email is sufficient).
3. State the reason for returning the Mendi device.
4. Next step, we request a return label for you from our shipping partner and we send it over to you with follow up instructions. Please note that we request and receive return labels from the shipping company in batches for all customers once a week. We do not generate return labels manually ourselves the same moment you reached out to us. If you sent your request after we already issued returns for the current week, you will automatically be in the next week batch. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Package Mendi in the packaging together with all accessories, manuals, and documentation that originally came with it and send it to us.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Mendi Innovations AB will issue a full refund of the initial fee (which will be paid via your original payment method), less return shipping costs.
Please note that it can take up to 10 banking days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
