By adjusting your Display settings, you can choose an environment that matches your mood, select an avatar you enjoy, and fine-tune optional visual effects for focus and comfort.
1. Choosing Your Environment
Mendi offers three visual environments designed to support different training moods:
Space Quest – A deep-space scene with a floating asteroid avatar.
Flower Power – A calm, nature-inspired environment.
Rolling Hills – A minimalist design featuring the Mendi logo.
You can switch environments anytime to keep your sessions fresh and engaging.
2. Selecting an Avatar
Each environment includes two avatar options:
A themed object (e.g., asteroid, flower, or Mendi logo)
A simple circle shape
Choose the option that feels most enjoyable or calming to follow during your session.
3. Adjusting Visual Effects
Tailor your experience with optional visual and immersion settings:
Avatar Effects
Glow effect – Adds a soft glow around the avatar.
Avatar spin – Introduces gentle spinning movement.
Immersion Settings
Dynamic zooming – Slight zoom in and out for subtle movement.
Vignette – Slightly darkens the edges of the screen to help maintain focus.
In-game metrics – Displays real-time performance data during your session.
Distractions – Adds optional visual interruptions for a more challenging session.

4. Where to Find Display Settings
To customize your visuals:
Android:
Open the Profile tab in the Mendi app and select Training Display Settings.
iOS:
Start a new Training Session and select the Display option in the bottom bar before continuing.
Your preferences will save automatically and apply to your next session.
