For the best results, your Mendi headset should feel comfortable, fit securely, and be used in the right environment. Follow these simple tips to get accurate feedback every time.

  1. Fit: Place the black sensors just above your eyebrows so they rest flat against clean, dry skin. Keep hair clear of the sensors. Your Mendi should be snug, but comfortable. If it feels too tight, slightly loosen the strap.

  2. Posture: Sit upright and hold your phone or tablet at or near eye level so you can focus comfortably without tilting your head.

  3. Lighting: Choose soft or dim lighting to avoid interference from direct light or reflections.

  4. Stillness: Stay relaxed and minimize head movement during training for a stable signal.

  5. Care: After each session, be sure to power off your Mendi and to wipe the sensor area gently with a dry or lightly damp cloth.

  6. Charge: Use the supplied USB-A-to-C cable and store your headset in a cool, dry place.
