Mendi Innovations AB ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://mendi.io) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms ensure both parties understand and agree to the arrangement, helping to set clear expectations and protect everyone involved.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all Mendi devices, regardless of your location, provided you're in one of our supported delivery countries. While we pay for shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any additional import or duties fees to their country.
Returns
Sixty (60) Day Return Policy
Mendi Innovations AB accepts returns if a request is received within 60 days of receiving your item and the product is returned in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
To return your Mendi device and receive a refund, please follow the steps below:
Return Procedure
Email support@mendi.io to request a return and receive a return form.
Provide proof of purchase (order number and email address).
- Share your reason for the return.

Non-US Customers: We will request a return label for you from our shipping partner and send it to you with follow-up instructions. Please note that return labels are requested and received in batches once a week. We do not issue return labels manually at the time of your request.
US Customers: We provide a link to our US-based return portal where you complete your online RMA form. Once complete, you will automatically get a pre-paid shipping label with instructions included to complete your return.
Repackage your device with all original accessories and documentation.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, Mendi Innovations AB will issue a full refund of the original payment (via your initial payment method).
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If the funds haven't appeared back on your account in this timeframe please reach out to our customer success team at support@mendi.io.
Limited Warranty for the Mendi Headset
Your Mendi device is warranted to function properly and be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt (the "Warranty Period").
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Improper handling
Unauthorized repairs
Accidents
Use with unauthorized accessories
Other causes not related to manufacturing defects or build quality
If a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by Mendi within the Warranty Period, Mendi will, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either:
Repair the product at no cost using new or refurbished parts, or
Replace the product with a new or refurbished one.
These remedies are your sole and exclusive options to the extent permitted by law.
3. Delivery Terms
Checkout
During checkout, delivery time is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and order details.
Please note that shipping times are calculated once the products leave our warehouse (which happens on business days, only).
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, we may be able to do so before your order is dispatched.
Please contact us at support@mendi.io for assistance.
Once an order has been dispatched, please contact the carrier directly to request any address changes.
If this is not possible, reach out to us at help@mendi.io for further support.
4. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You are responsible for monitoring the delivery of your shipment after it leaves our warehouse.
5. Import Duties and Taxes
Mendi’s base country is Sweden. Fees and charges may apply when using your credit card for foreign currency transactions, please check with your issuing bank for details.
All devices are shipped from the European Union (EU) and the United States (US).
Within the European Union and the United States:
DDP – Delivered Duty Paid
Mendi is responsible for delivering the goods to the buyer’s location and pays all costs associated with delivery, including import duties and taxes.
*Important: If your order was placed before October 10, 2025, please note that import duties may apply to US customers. Under Mendi’s shipping policy in effect at that time, these charges are to be covered by the customer.
Outside the European Union and the United States:
DAP – Delivered at Place
Mendi covers carriage to the buyer’s location, except for costs related to import clearance.
The buyer is responsible for duties and taxes as determined by local customs.
We recommend checking the import regulations of your destination country before ordering.
6. Failed Delivery, Returned, or Abandoned Packages
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to Mendi Innovations AB at the customer's expense.
If the receiver is unavailable during delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local DHL/FedEx center for pickup. Failure to collect it will result in the package being returned to Mendi at the customer’s expense.
For customers outside the EU and the USA, refusing delivery will result in the package being returned to Mendi at your expense. This includes shipping costs, duties, and taxes, which will be deducted from your refund.
Packages held at customs for more than
days are considered abandoned. Abandoned packages are not eligible for refund or exchange.
