If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your Mendi hasn’t arrived, don’t worry; it’s usually a simple delivery mix-up that can be resolved directly with the courier.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, the delivery is handled entirely by the shipping carrier (for example, FedEx, DHL, or your local postal service). While we’re always happy to help guide you, contacting the courier directly is often the fastest way to locate your package.
First, Check Around Your Location
Before reaching out, try these quick steps:
Look near doors, mailrooms, or safe drop-off areas. Couriers sometimes leave parcels in hidden or sheltered spots, and they often take a photo upon delivery.
Ask neighbors, household members, or reception staff if someone accepted the delivery.
If you ordered multiple items, check if separate shipments are still in transit.
Next, Contact the Courier
If your package still hasn’t been recovered, please reach out to the courier directly using your tracking number.
They can:
Confirm where and when the parcel was scanned.
Provide a GPS delivery confirmation or open an internal trace.
Provide guidance in reissue or recovery of the parcel if it was misdelivered due to their error.
This step is the most effective; couriers have direct access to delivery records that Mendi does not.
How Mendi Can Help
If the courier cannot locate your package after investigation, please submit a support request so we can assist further.
Include:
Your order number
The courier’s name and tracking number
Any correspondence or case ID from the courier (if available)
Once we receive this information, we’ll help coordinate next steps.
Tip
If your order was delivered to an apartment complex, office, or shared building, check with the front desk, mailroom, or concierge; they often log or store packages securely.
We know how frustrating delivery mix-ups can be. The courier will usually locate your parcel quickly, but if not, we’re here to help you through the next steps.
