Shipping & Import Fees Overview
Shipping is free on all Mendi devices, regardless of your location, provided you are in one of our available delivery countries.
If you are asked to pay an additional amount by the shipping company, this is likely an import tax or customs duty applicable to countries outside the EU and US*. This information is clearly stated at checkout and detailed in our Shipping & Return Policy. For your convenience, we’ve outlined the key details below.
European Union and USA- Delivered Duty Paid
For orders within the EU and the US*, Mendi covers all shipping and import-related costs. This means we are responsible for delivering your order to your address, including paying any import duties and taxes on your behalf.
*Important: If your order was placed before October 10, 2025, please note that import duties may apply to US customers. Under Mendi’s shipping policy in effect at that time, these charges are to be covered by the customer.
Outside the EU and the US: DAP - Delivered at Place
For orders shipped outside the EU and the USA, Mendi covers the shipping costs up to the destination. However, import duties, taxes, and any customs-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as determined by your country’s customs authority.
We recommend checking the import regulations for your country before placing an order. Please note that Mendis are produced in Sweden and ship from the EU.
If you decide not to receive the package, you can decline the delivery by contacting the shipping company directly.
