Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of our delivery partners (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or your local postal service).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.


Finding Your Tracking Information

  • Your tracking link is sent in the shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folders.

If your order included multiple items, they may ship separately; each package will have its own tracking number.


Who Is Responsible After Dispatch

Once your package leaves the warehouse, the courier becomes responsible for the shipment’s handling, transit, and delivery.
While we’re happy to guide you, only the courier can:

  • Provide real-time delivery updates

  • Verify exact delivery location or timing

  • Investigate delays or lost parcels

If your tracking link shows your package is delayed or delivered incorrectly, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
They’ll be able to locate your parcel fastest.


Understanding Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary by region and courier service:

  • Domestic (within your region): Usually 4–7 business days

  • International: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on customs

Tracking links may take up to 48 hours to activate after dispatch.


If Your Tracking Hasn’t Updated

If your tracking hasn’t changed for several days:

  1. Check the courier’s website directly using your tracking number.

  2. Confirm that your shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.

  3. You can contact the courier directly.

Once the courier confirms a delivery issue (delay, loss, or misdelivery), please contact Mendi Support with their case reference; we’ll then assist with next steps.

Mendi is responsible for ensuring your package is dispatched correctly and that you receive tracking details.
After dispatch, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor tracking updates

  • Contact the courier directly for delivery inquiries or delays

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping details during checkout

We’ll always do our best to support you, but we rely on courier updates to resolve delivery issues.
