The Mendi app currently offers three login and account creation options. You’ll see these choices on the screen whenever you log in or register:

  1. Apple account

  2. Google account

  3. Regular email and password

It's important to use the same method you originally used to register. For example, if you created your account with your Google login, trying to sign in using the regular email option will not work—each method is treated as a separate login system.

This also applies to password resets. If you registered using Google or Apple, the "Forgot password?" option under the regular email login will not apply to your account.


Before reaching out to support, please:

  • Double-check that you're logging in with the correct method.

  • Consider making a quick note of how you registered (e.g., “Used Google account”) to avoid confusion in the future.
