If you’d like to permanently delete your Mendi account and personal data, you can request this at any time.

Deleting your account removes your personal information from our systems and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you’ll lose access to your training history, scores, and saved preferences.


How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please email:

with the subject line: “Delete My Account.”

Please include:

  • The email address linked to your Mendi account 

  • A short note confirming that you want your account and personal data deleted

Our privacy team will verify your request and confirm once deletion is complete.


Before You Delete

  • If you’re troubleshooting an issue, deleting your account should be a last resort.
    In many cases, reinstalling the app or logging out and back in will resolve most account-related problems.

  • Once deleted, we can’t restore your data or progress.

  • If you decide to use Mendi again later, you’ll need to create a new account from scratch.


Legal and Retention Notes

In accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other data protection laws:

  • Mendi may retain limited personal data if required by law or to manage legal obligations.

  • If a request is unclear or cannot be verified, we may ask for confirmation to protect your privacy.

  • We aim to respond to all verified deletion requests within one month.
