If your Mendi data or score history isn’t showing up, don’t worry; it’s almost always a sync or caching issue, not lost progress.
Your training data is securely stored on our servers and linked to your email account, not the headset or your phone.
Common Reasons Data May Not Appear
1. You’re logged into a different account
Double-check the email address you used to sign in.
If you created multiple accounts (for example, one via Apple ID and another via email), log out and back in using your original login..
2. Cached data on your phone
Occasionally, your phone’s cache prevents the app from updating correctly.
To refresh the connection, uninstall the Mendi app, then reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.
Log back in with your original account details; your data shouold reappear once the app syncs with our servers.
3. You trained in Guest Mode
Sessions done as a guest are not saved to your account.

To keep data stored, always make sure you’re logged in before training.
